We are available to complete tasks that can only be accomplished by an experienced, local team member. We CANNOT and DO NOT offer the following services*:

• Preparing or discussing listing or property management agreements with owners or tenants.

• Showing a property. (We can give keys to a prospect at the property, collect them afterward, and double check all lights are off/thermostats set appropriately.)

• Driving or accompanying a prospect to a property.

• Negotiating or discussing the terms of a sale or rental.

• Procuring, or assisting in procuring, of prospects for the purpose of the sale, exchange, lease, or rental of real estate.

• Preparing or have a prospect sign an offer to purchase or lease.

• Presenting an offer to an owner
